Matt immunised.
Today we took Matt to clinic to get immunisation shot. The doctor was quick in giving him the shot. Imagine this, the jab went in and out in less than 2 seconds!! He only cried for a short while after the alcohol was rubbed on. 3 hours later, Matt cried and cried like there's no tomorrow. His thigh was red and swollen. So we took back to the doc, only to give him stronger painkiller. I have to say, when I see other babies cry, to me they are just whining, not really crying. When Matt cry, he cry out with all his heart and he really mean it!!
Anyway, he is sleeping well now, probably due to the extensive crying this afternoon.

Matthew discharged
After 2 days in the hospital and some RM700+ spent, little Matt was discharged with no major problems detected beside a simple viral infection. However, for the following 2 days, his fever is still up and down. Today he's looking slightly better with fewer fever intervals. Hope he will get well soon.
Yesterday Matt's granddad and mom visited him, they stayed in Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

Intro
And so the story goes. It's been a busy busy week with Matt, Irene and my mother-in-law coming back from hometown to join me here in KL. Matt has grown a lot since I last saw him a couple of weeks ago. He's now about 5kg. He's been the centre of our attention, but lately he's not been feeling well. He's been crying all day long and only sticks to his mother. I think he has lots of wind in his tummy and it's causing the discomfort. Hope he will get well soon.
Gotta go get some sleep now!!

Matthew hospitalised!!!
last night at 2:30AM, Matt woke us up with a fever, plus not drinking
and vomitting. We rushed him to hospital and was warded immediately.
He was given drip to prevent dehydration, jab anti-biotic and blood
sample taken.
Doctor said he was 38.2 degree celcius, very high for a baby. It was
very painful to see his little arm tied to a bar, so that the drip
won't get pulled off.
Anyway, now the fever has subside, he is poo-ing well and drinking
breast milk again as usual.
Hope he will get outta there soon.
